THE SAFE PLACE

 No answer is still an answer and the silence is deafening.

 Sometimes to turn the page of the past, we have to be prepared to write a new chapter, and lose some characters.

 We are born into a world, already created, but we have the ability to create a life of our choosing.

 Live your life as you have the ability to write the narrative, create a happy ending.

 Many of us are hurt, we carry pain silently, unseen wounds born in chaos and dysfunction, many of use choose to install safety in our corner of the world and reach out instinctively with empathy and understanding.

 You get to choose your moral compass, choose wisely.

 The survivors who broke free of the negative aspects and people in their life, are a shining light to those who are trapped in chaos and trauma.

 We all move forward and grow in character, usually the change is masked in everyday tasks, write a journal and see how far you have come in a month.

 We are all born with an ability to survive, our gut instinct is generally reactive to toxic people, yet we choose to ignore the warning we should heed.

 Age defines the journey we have traveled and the lessons we have learned.

 Being kind is a simply act of generosity from the heart and soul.

 All change comes from within, if we think we can ,we can the saying whether you do or don't it's up to you!

 There is a sense of order in knowing your abilities and what suits you, know your comfort zone.

 Find the things you are passionate about, and make them your life goal.

True friends are not associates or acquaintances , your heart will know the difference.  

 Narcissists cast you as the scapegoat, so they can build up there fragile egos.

 Evil is often perpetrated behind closed doors, and innocent souls are torn apart.

 Weal\k people always look to shift blame, but demeaning others.

 Find your bearings and steer your course towards your destination, a bump in the road is apart of self discovery.

 Remember words can hurt and are easy to make up, but there is only one truth!

  Self love to yourself the most worthy participant YOU❤

 Your real and genuine friends are there when you reach out, not out of commercial convenience. 

 You fought many battles and alternately as a survivor won your emotional war, a hero of trauma is still a warrior.

 The wolf hiding in plain clothing, is always looking for the advantage and an influence of absolutism. When exposed they jump to the defensive, to validate their control and rightness.

 We all deserve to receive and act with decency and common respect.

Make your corner of the world, the best it can be😊  

 Your character will determine how you are treated, treat people with respect and expect decency from those who you trust.

Be the real you, the world will appreciate you for being authentic.  

Sometimes it is better to sit back in silence and let those who judge you, be silenced with the truth.  

 Sometimes you simply need some me time, to sit back analyse how far you have come, and what you would like next.

Keep your honesty, honor and integrity, they will last long after your associates have gone.

 All change is trans-formative but the journey is often painful and soul searching. 

 Good people are good people a degree or wealth is attractive but true integrity is priceless

 In your life you will meet many associates, friends and good souls, remember those who will stand by you, when needed.

Remember be the person you would admire, because of there character and integrity 😊

We are sometimes left with questions that can never be answered satisfactorily, don't let disappointing people take away your peace of mind, their time is passed you are a survivor of past injustices.   

 We can all tell a story, but some questions never have an answer, no answer is an answer.

 The last person we tend to forgive is ourselves, we have sacrifice our own comfort to reach out to others, now is the time to heal your own heart and mind.  

  We can all tell a story, and from your experiences we learn many lessons.

  Find the good souls in your life, they will nurture your heart and faith in humanity.

 Find your own people and choose who you use as a moral compass.

 We can impress the world through simple acts of kindness and humanity😊

 I find it amazing how much l can learn by listening and not reacting, we all learn a lot when we mature through life's experiences.

Integrity is the most valuable thing you can create and empathy is our greatest gift to humanity.

 We instinctively reach out to comfort those who are in distress, over time we fatigue and are drained from giving, remember to have time to renew your generosity, we all have our limits.

We all have a story to tell, unfortunately some are worst than others, we all long for peace and harmony, remember everyone can tell a story.  

 The perpetrators and the enablers share equal guilt, denial will not vindicate the guilty

At the right moment no words are still an answer, and many words reveal vulnerability.   

 You are the narrator of your story, change is within, what would you like to accomplish, go ahead give yourself permission.
